The first section covers toning, conditioning and defining the whole body. Learn how to pole dance safely and effectively. You will learn how to to do the moves, combine them together and put them into routines.

These classes are aimed at taking your pole dancing to the next level and will provide specific coaching so you can master the amazing pole tricks currently being performed.
Drop in classes are not limited so just turn up and join in!!!
This means some classes may be large but equally you may be part of a small group.
It's a great way to get some practice on the pole!!
We all love to perform and show off what we have learnt but without the pressure of taking part in competitions, so we got thinking about an event that would let students take part in a performance that meant every one was a winner…… Practice classes are run weekly to put together songs, routines and costumes so you can perform at our annual performance show
Our aim is to make sure you have a day to remember so all our parties will be designed on a bespoke basis and can cover whatever you want to include.Your party will last for 2 hours and as a general idea of package we will cover sexy pole, chair dancing and lap dance.We will provide 2 bottles of fizz and some nibbles and you are more than welcome to fetch any more drinks you would like with you.We will take photos throughout your time with us and provide you with a dvd of these so you do not have to worry about having a full set of memeories of your day.We also have an exclusive partnership arrangement with Bredbury Hall Hotel and Country Club where we can arrange discounted rates for rooms and meals, free entry to the nightclub and minibuses to and from the studio.
