Hi,
I'm looking for a new activity that helps me keep fit, but also keeps my attention cos I get bored just going to the gym. I think these classes look great, but I'm nervous about coming along and looking like an idiot if I can't do it! Is everyone that attends experienced? I haven't been to the gym for a while so am probably not at my fittest at the moment; will I be able to do it?!
