As you know Pole Energy have been providing aerobic lessons to people who want to keep fit but prefer doing it in a different way!!
Since our launch we have been working hard behind the scenes to look at ways of improving our sessions and also attracting more people to come and join the fun!
Firstly we are proud to announce the web site is finally up and running so check it out at
www.poleenergy.com
The website will give you all instant access to new
lessons, pole jams or anything pole related really.
The site is in its infancy but keep watching as we will be adding a forum very shortly so that you can keep in touch, talk about moves or just chat about anything in general.
We will also be adding a shop so you can purchase pole items, including the pole.
Also the website will be constantly updated with
promotions and schemes that we will be running
all designed to save you money!!!!
So make sure to add www.poleenergy.com
to your favourites to keep up to date.
Setting Records
In December Pole Energy students took part in The Guinness Book of Records attempt at the most
people pole dancing at any one time. All our students completed their routines and were successful in taking part in the attempt - well done everyone!!!!!!
Guinness are still verifying the attempt and I will let you have the results later in the year.
Bon Voyage...
Finally we would like to say Bon Voyage to
Amy Cunningham from Thursday class.
Amy has been with us since the launch of Pole Energy and is off to Australia for a 3 month working holiday!!!
We would like to wish her every success and hope she has a wonderful time
Keeping You Up to Date
Changes From April...
Classes at The Willows in Poynton will be changing both dates and format so that we can offer intermediate classes for people who want to progress that little bit further!!
From Wednesday 2nd April 2008 both classes will be held on a Wednesday night and the Thursday class will stop.
Class Times will be
Level 2 – 6.30 – 7.30
Level 1 – 7.30 – 8.30pm
Level 1 classes will be for anyone who is new to pole aerobics or students who want to carry on learning routines and new moves based on spins, transitions and floor work.
Level 2 will be for people who are able to invert and hold the position comfortably on the pole and who want to progress to incorporating inverts into the new routines they will be learning.
Again from Wednesday 2nd April we will be launching our loyalty scheme which will allow you to save points and claim your free lessons!!
At the same time we will be introducing BOG OFF or bring one get one free!!!
Anyone who fetches a friend to a lesson will be entitled to a free lesson once that friend has signed up for a 6 week course or completed 3 lessons.
We hope you have found this interesting and we would love to get your feedback on anything you would like us to include for the future.
HAPPY POLING !!!
